Our 7 Point Guarantee Ensures You'll Be Smiling For Years To Come

1. We want you to be happy, so if you are not 100% happy with the quality of any materials or plants at the time of delivery to site, we will exchange or refund them in full. You'll find you won't need to as a rule as we are very fussy about quality too. You will need to be present before the deliveries are un-packed for installation.
   
   
2. Communication. If your phone call or email is not answered immediately, it will be returned within 24hrs or less on business days. We are always ready to talk. Our business hours are 7am to 4pm Mon-Fri.
   
   
3. Because we spend the extra time and effort to prepare your soils correctly, with enriching organic matter, and caring for the soils as we build, we are so confident that we will GUARANTEE YOUR PLANTS survival for 12 months or they will be replaced at no charge. You will need to either contract Effect Landscaping for your maintenance requirements (ask us for a quote) or adhere strictly to the maintenance instructions we provide you.
   
   
4. Your home will be left neat and tidy at the end of each day with the least possible disturbance to your daily routine.
   
   
5. Polite, friendly staff that care for your garden as if it were their own.
   
   
6. FREE 12 Months email support will be provided to all customers to assist with any maintenance and gardening issues that may arise. You will also be provided with a Maintenance instruction sheet, tailored to your new garden.
   
   Effect Landscaping can also provide an on-going maintenance service for your garden, so be sure to ask us for a quote.
   
   
7. When your project is complete, it will be so clean it will Sparkle!
